Food + Drink + Four Legs

Dutchess County Fair.

Today we went to the Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck, which meant lots of greasy-yummy foods and smelly-cute animals!

We started the day with deep fried Oreos. Seriously, could anything possibly be more distinctly American? They were good, but not quite as good as you might imagine such a thing would be.

You look so cuuuuute! At first glance I thought: “How funny – she’s so cute – she doesn’t fit in a pigsti” But seriously? You do! The photo’s are so great, animals look clean, even the hay looks clean!!!
And yes those Oreos? Very American, I’d say ;o)

Oh my goodness, baaaaby piggies! So cute. And that donkey you are petting is the sweetest thing ever. Seriously, they have faces so sweet it makes my heart hurt.

You look lovely and radiant as always! I miss NY when the summer starts to wane.

Erin, the shoes are from Target! They are canvas and supercomfy. I don’t see them on the site (I bought them at the beginning of summer), but maybe stores still have them in stock. I wish I’d bought them in red, too!
