I was recently invited to become a member of Etsy Pages, which is sort of like Etsy favorites but specifically for bloggers and brands (or, to use a word which sounds to me like a type of breath mints, “tastemakers”). This past week I finally started getting the Door Sixteen Etsy Page in order, and man…it’s FUN.
There are lots of social shopping sites all over the place now, and I don’t use any of them (or Pinterest, for that matter), but for me this is a natural. I already post my Etsy wishlists here on the blog, so it makes sense. Anything I add to my Etsy Page links directly to that item in the seller’s shop, and no third party is taking away any of the profits. I like that.
You can follow Door Sixteen on Etsy here:
When you follow Etsy Pages, the stuff I add to my lists will show up in your activity. I never used to follow people on Etsy because I didn’t really understand the point, but now I get it. MORE STUFF TO BUY!
I have a bunch of lists set up already, but my favorite one to look at is my black + white collection. I want all of these things…

Etsy is awesome. But I’m scared to click because i need to be somewhere soon 😉
Ha ha!
I just knew there’d be a skull collection.
A girl has got to keep her skull wish list organized!
It does sound like… Mentos, the freshmaker!
Dooby doo do do do do-wwaaaaaaa!
your choices are brilliant and i’m grateful you’re favoriting art; i love finding good deals on prints on etsy but rarely have the fortitude to wade through the 50% of every page that is variations on “keep calm”
What a great idea! Will definitely keep an eye on what you’ve got your eye on.
And (ahem) did you get my email about something you might fancy?
Best wishes for holiday season, Heather xx
I did, I did! I’m leaving it up to my mother — she deserves it. 🙂
Tastemaker? You?
Honey, no.
I know, right?! I’m disgusting at best.
You, though, Jane…well, you’re like a Mento riding a snowflake.
thought I would pass this along

I’d never even heard of Etsy Pages, but this is kind of exciting. I love the bag collection you’ve put together, the ‘thunder in our hearts’ tote is now on my own wishlist x
Nice. I don’t follow many people on Etsy, as it’s hard to find folks whose tastes align with mine, but I can really appreciate your ability to curate. I have a positive cross in my shop, but I think it’s a bit on the colorful side for you 😉 Pretty sure our color preferences are diametrically opposed. I still love you though 🙂
That is awesome. You will be giving a lot of great people a lot of great exposure. I think you are a perfect pick for the job, adding a little more variety to the “tastemakers” who have Etsy pages. They are wonderful, and you are, too.
Weird – I can follow your Esty page on the web if I click the link, but can’t find your page when using the Estsy iPad App. Must be a glitch wit nth app. Your personal account probably has a request in error from mine…
Anyhow lovely selections! It is indeed addictiive!
Yeah, I don’t think Etsy Pages (as opposed to personal pages) work with the Etsy app yet!
It’s really great that you have your own page on Etsy. I have there my shop with geometric art and I’m happy that I can follow you on Etsy because you have great things picked up. If you have a little time free, please check my shop. Maybe you’ll find there something worth to add to your lists.
Have a nice day 🙂
