“Emyloo” and “Marilou” coats from Soïa & Kyo‘s Spring 2008 collection. Perfect!
I'm a book cover designer and art director based in New York and New Mexico. I've been blogging about home renovation, interiors, graphic design, DIY, food, cosmetics, dogs, art, music, books, and life in general since 1998. I could really use a cup of coffee right now.
Oh, these are so cute! I love Marilou; so pro.
Love you…love your blog! We have almost an identical house to you in Chicago…minus your wonderful syle…and Morrissey poster above the fireplace. (Love it!)
Anyway, about Soia & Kyo:
I’m assuming you ordered from there before…great coats! Not sure how tall you are, but…how does the arm length run? (Sorry, I know you’re not customer service for them , or anything.)
Hi Jennifer! I’ve tried on Soia & Kyo coats, and the arm length is…normal? I don’t know, I never really thought about it! I’m a very average height (5’6″) and size (6), so I’m not a very good judge of things like arm length. Sorry…
Love the big buttons on those. Always reminds me of the fun stuff worn as a kid.
I love their line, top jacket is awesome!!
all are very cute! which one are you bringing home with you? 🙂
This is so not helping my recent attempts to be frugal. (Not that that’s your job or anything.) Damn those Canadian jacket designers, and their cute jackets!
Just found your blog. It’s a delight…I love the variety and the feel is crisp and clean.
